On April 22, 2025, the "2025 China Solid State Battery Technology and Application Exchange Conference" jointly hosted by China Battery Observation and Hunan Battery Industry Association was held in Hefei, Anhui Province. The 2nd China Power Battery Industry Ecological Chain Upgrade and Innovation Conference, held simultaneously, brought together experts and entrepreneurs from academia and industry to explore the future direction of breakthroughs in solid-state battery technology and coordinated development of the ecological chain.

    The theme of this conference is "Technology driven · Ecological Win win", with multiple themed forums and corporate visits. Innovation in Functional Materials

Ms. Zhu Wanxia, R&D Director of Dinghao New Materials, gave a speech titled "Application of Functional Current Collectors in New Batteries" focusing on the core technology and industrial application of functional current collectors. She pointed out that as a key component of batteries, the performance of current collectors directly affects the manufacturability, energy density, safety, and cycle life of batteries. Through functional design (such as surface modification, composite structure optimization, etc.), the functional materials of Dinghao New Materials can significantly improve the conductivity of the current collector, which is nearly 10% higher than similar products in the industry. The high adhesion carbon coated aluminum foil also shows significant adhesive performance advantages after rolling, providing important support for the development of high-energy density solid-state batteries and next-generation power batteries.


In the speech, Director Zhu Wanxia also showcased the practical application value of functional current collectors in optimizing electrode current collector interfaces, enhancing battery safety, reducing interface impedance, and other industry pain points, based on the company's research and development cases in the fields of functional current collectors and solid electrolyte coated separators. She also shared the experience of Dinghao New Materials in collaborating with multiple leading enterprises to promote technology implementation, attracting industry colleagues to come and exchange ideas and discuss.
